Yet, the Eastern Orthodox be certain of the Jesus Christ achieved salvation after getting over the death in the resurrection. Last but not least, both of the Western Catholics and Orthodox disagree on the nature of the relationship of the Trinity (The Holy Spirit to the Father and the Son).

The Diverse Customs

Well, there some notable different things even though they have the same roots of what they believe. One of them is that the Western Catholics will commonly tend to be on their knees while praying, but the Orthodox Church prefers standing in prayer. Furthermore, the Catholics tend to use status in order to represent the saint while the Orthodox Church will be using the pictorial tradition instead. Next, the priests of Catholic Church are not allowed to get married as they have been required to be single and refrain from sexual relationship but the priests of the Eastern Orthodox Church are permitted.
